In-Stock Items
Most in-stock items at the factory are available for pickup or local delivery within 7–14 business days.
Our team will contact you to schedule your delivery or let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
If you're unsure what qualifies as in-stock, feel free to reach out—our team is happy to discuss and help clarify.
Special Orders
Special order items may take 2–6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and product availability.

Delays or Backorders
If there’s a delay or backorder, our team will notify you immediately with updated timing.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your merchandise arrives at our warehouse, we’ll reach out to schedule your in-home delivery at a time that works for you.
You will receive a confirmation call with your delivery date, and we’ll also call the day before with a 2-hour time window, so you don’t need to be home all day.
